Everything, the beds are atrocious a park bench would be softer ,and as usual zero hot water for a shower ,wifi is a joke ,nothing good to say about this motel I'm afraid

The room I received was drastically different from the listing photos, with outdated amenities, multiple maintenance issues (including non-functional air conditioning and appliances), and an unclean pool area. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we left early. We are extremely disappointed that booking.com/agoda/cocotel have refused to provide a refund for the unused portion of my stay."

Very Poor
Water leak from the tap and the floor in the toilet was wet and no hot water provided even with a heater, the bed have some problem, I think is something like wood flea
